If you travel outside your home country more than 3 or 4 times a year the Atlas Professional may be the most cost-effective option. When covered by this plan, you can take as many trips as you like in a policy year, as long as those trips are not over 30 days long.

The only other requirement for coverage on this plan is that you have health insurance coverage in your home country.

You only apply for this coverage ONE time, and it covers you for a whole year for all of your trips.

The Atlas Professional provides $1,000,000 of medical coverage for ages 14 days to 69, a $250 deductible per trip, no coinsurance for claims incurred outside the USA or Canada, emergency evacuation up to $1,000,000, emergency reunion, trip interruption, $25,000 AD&D, Common Carrier AD&D $50,000. An optional hazardous sports rider and terrorism rider is also offered.

The annual premium for this plan for a US citizen is $200. The premium to add spouse and two dependents is another $100. Additional dependents are $40 each.
